TOPIC: "Geology and Exploration Case History, Arvik Polaris Zn-Pb Deposit, Canada"
This Mississippi Valley-type deposit (25 million tonnes at 20% combined Zn plus Pb) was discovered in 1971 by Cominco in a remote part of the Canadian Arctic. Dr. Mason was project geologist during 1971-74.
