FAREWELL DINNER FOR JOHN CRAMSIE

Arrangements for this special Farewell Dinner for John have advanced.

A fabulous and memorable night is being planned. Following are details of the culinary delights being presented on the night to whet your appetite.

Starting at 6.30 pm: On arrival, drinks and canapes will be served on the mezzanine level, whilst a jazz group plays downstairs.

Red, white and sparkling wines, beer and soft drink will be served throughout the evening.

Entrée Asparagus and smoked salmon salad

served with rosemary and rock salt baby chats

 

Main Course Corn-fed chicken breast with preserved lemon and herb jus and green beans

or

Lamb loin on a bed of parsnip puree with wilted spinach

Dessert White chocolate and macadamia nut mouse with fresh mango slices

or

Hazelnut tart with lemon mascapone and strawberry coulis

Espresso Coffee and handmade Chocolates
