COMMENT

This one is a real pearler...commenting on (maybe) allowing Voisey's Bay to go ahead......

.........Lloyd Matthews, Newfoundland's Minister of Mines and Energy, said that the province's fundamental position is still that "full processing to a finished product" of the nickel must be within the province. However, Mr. Matthews did say that it may be acceptable to process Voisey's ore outside the province, as long as an equal amount of ore was imported and processed at facilities within the province.......
