This is to let you know that Malachite Resources' prospectus for a $4 million capital raising and ASX listing was lodged with the
ASIC on Monday. The prospectus is now in the mandatory exposure period - which is due to expire next Monday - following which it will be
printed during the following week. We expect the offer to open on Monday 16 September and to list on Thursday 24 October.
You can view the prospectus (without the application form) online at our website. The full prospectus,
including application form, will be available online after the exposure period and printed copies of the prospectus will be available
