Here are some tips, rules, conditions whatever. The clues are at the bottom of pages on this web site. They comprise anagrams in bold type and cryptics that, once cracked, will help you find the next clue-bearing page. There may be a number of pages you'll have to visit before you find the right one - enjoy the journey. The Fusionbot search engine may help but won't always. This is the hardest SMEDG competition yet devised.
The prizes will be awarded to the first and second entrants who e-mail the correct and acceptable answer to THE JUDGE whose judgement is final, incontrovertible and absolute. Anyone may enter except THE JUDGE, AJM and IBC employees. THE JUDGE's e-mail address for entry is with the final question.
Answers and solutions will be provided when the 2nd Prize has been won.
GOOD LUCK!

The background to this page is the current colour of the universe; please leave it as you found it. Thankyou.
(I have been advised that since posting this page the universe's colourists have reworked the numbers, discovered some serious calibration errors and have decided that a sort of beige is more appropriate. I can't find the link at the moment - try Google!)
