VENUE: 3rd Floor, Rugby Club, Crane Place, Sydney
SPEAKERS: Mike Doepel
TOPIC: “Sipa – Outokumpu Panorama Base Metals Project”
The Panorama VMS base metals project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia contains probably the world’s oldest (3260 Ma) copper- and zinc-rich massive sulphide deposits of significant size. These deposits are hosted by essentially unmetamorphosed and little- deformed Archaean greenstone/sedimentary sequences.
Mike is Managing Director of Sipa and will present an update on the last three years work at Panorama, which has resulted in a vastly improved understanding of the geological setting leading to new discoveries.
